The owner of the website is a talented photographer who is trying to create a business website catering to his fine art photography. He has given me total creative direction of the look and feel of the website. After viewing several of his competition's websites that he liked and asked me to view, we decided that we wanted to make the site simple and classic html and not in flash. Having a black or dark background for the photos made the maximum use of his photos by "punching up" the images.

The site is intended to let users get an idea of the portfolio of the photographers skills and business offerings/services. We also wanted to make sure that the upkeep or maintenance was easy to update so that once I completed the site, the owner can get an easier grasp on updating his website. We converted some of the galleries to a flash gallery. The flash experience was a nice addition.
